Jaguars Volleyball Sweeps Maple Lake in CMC Action
Tonight at Maple Lake, the Jaguars faced the three-time defending CMC champion Irish and left with a 3-0 sweep, after playing a fast-paced and thrilling three games in which they controlled the tempo almost the whole way.
They move to 2-0 in the CMC and 7-1 overall.
They now have one day of rest before traveling to a very tough Sauk Rapids Invitational on Saturday beginning at 9:00.
The Jaguars girls tennis team dropped a 5-2 match to Parkers Prairie on the road tonight. It evens their record at 10-10 overall with four matches remaining in the regular season. They host Osakis next Monday before traveling to MACCRAY on Tuesday for a rematch with the Section 5A opponent Wolverines.
The Jaguars cross country team travels to Renville County West next Tuesday for a 4:00 meet.
Friday night the Jaguars football team travels to Maple Lake to face the Irish. Both teams are 1-1 and looking for a win to gain momentum heading into the thick of the CMC schedule.
