Jaguars Boys Basketball Fall to Pierz 75-66 in Hard-Fought Central Minnesota Conference Opener at the High School
The Jaguars basketball team fell to 4-4 overall with a tough loss to the Pierz Pioneers in the CMC opener for both squads. After leading in the first half, the Jaguars trailed by single digits through the second period to the final buzzer. The margin was down to four points, then Pierz pulled away in the final minute for the nine-point win.
The B-squad lost by nine points, the C-squad fell by four.

Tomorrow night (Friday) the Jaguars wrestling team hosts Lac qui Parle Valley and Kerkhoven-Murdock-Sunburg in a triangular at the high school gymnasium. K-M-S is rated #3 in the Class A state rankings. The first match begings at 5:00 between LQPV and B-B-E.
The Jaguars girls basketball team travels to Eden Valley-Watkings to face the Eagles in a CMC matchup. The Eagles are ranked #7 in the latest Class AA state rankings.
