A large crowd will undoubtedly be on hand tonight at the B-B-E High School, as the Jaguars host the Eagles in the second-to-last CMC game of the season.
Eden Valley-Watkins is 5-8 in the CMC (5th place) and 10-13 overall. After opening the season with a strong 7-2 record, they have literally nosedived by losing 11 of their last 14 games. On January 23, the Jaguars picked up their first win since 2002 in Eden Valley by a 59-46 margin.
The Eagles are very capable of beating the Jaguars, so it will be a battle for the hometown team if they want to clinch a share of the CMC crown tonight. On Tuesday this week, Eden Valley hosted Rockford and defeated the Rockets 56-48. They also pounded on Holdingford last Saturday 59-31.
