Jaguars Girls Basketball is on the air tonight, hosting #1-ranked Sauk Centre on 106.5 FM the Train

The visiting Mainstreeters (17-0) scored the first eight points of the game, helped by a couple easy fastbreak buckets.

Rachel Anderson scored the first points of the game for the Jaguars, getting fouled on a paint shot. She missed the free throw, with the score sitting at 8-2.

With 13:36 on the clock, the Mainstreeters had built a 15-2 lead, prompting the Jaguars into a timeout.

After trailing 30-6, junior Maggie Gruber heated things up for the Jaguars to fuel a 9-2 run, scoring all points of the surge.

Halftime score: Sauk Centre 34, B-B-E 15.

After the Mainstreeters went up 47-17, the Jaguars made another run to cut the gap to 47-27. Lauren Anderson started the 10-0 run, then Maggie Gruber scored eight unanswered points.

Gruber went 6-of-6 at the free throw line, totaling 16 points in the game.

**Final score: Sauk Centre 67, B-B-E 33.
