The B-B-E Jaguars volleyball team is now 5-0 in the Central Minnesota Conference and holds first place alone. They have matches in conference play remaining against Eden Valley-Watkins (Oct. 13) and Kimball Area (Oct. 18).
Up next: the Jaguars have little time for rest, as they travel to St. Michael-Albertville tomorrow night (Friday) to open up a very tough 32-team tournament. In their opening match at 4:15 on Friday afternoon they face Class AAA St. Cloud Tech. The Tigers are 8-8 overall and 4-5 (4th place) in the Central Lakes Conference.
A little hard to believe yet, but apparently Holdingford knocked off Maple Lake on the Huskers' home court tonight in a 3-2 match.

In the Section 5A quarterfinals today in Plymouth, the Jaguars girls' tennis team lost 6-1 to #2-seeded Providence Academy. The Jaguars finish a very good season with an overall record of 9-9. In Prairie Conference action they went 3-2 and clinched third place. They were the #7 seed in Section 5A.Area volleyball results on Oct. 6:
