With 1:59 left in the first half, it's B-B-E 43, Pierz 32. The Pioneers just went 0-2 at the free throw line.
**Update at 8:20...Brian Goodwin canned a 3/4-court shot as the first period buzzer sounded to make it 49-37 at halftime. Pierz had just scored on a long three-pointer only seconds prior.
CRAZY!
****Brian's incredible three-pointer below...pay attention especially 10 seconds into the clip...what makes this truly shocking is that a Pierz guy was in his face right as he released the shot. It wasn't like Pierz laid down and said "okay, be my guest" to have a wide-open chance at three-points.
...when you re-watch it, note the B-B-E fan yelling "boring" a couple times in the first 2-3 seconds of the clip. It sure got un-boring in a hurry!
Final score: B-B-E 90, Pierz 65. BELIEVE IT!
B-B-E is now 15-0 and takes a world of confidence into next week's games with Holdingford and New London-Spicer. While there is still plenty more to superlatives say about tonight's win, the last thing the Jaguars can do is let everything that happened tonight get to their heads. Luckily, in my humble opinion, the entire team is made up of down-to-earth players who love the game of basketball and have done a truly outstanding job of representing B-B-E and the pride of being a Jaguar. Keep it up, guys!
The crowd reacts with wild cheering at the buzzer of tonight's game...

I noticed this right after the game tonight...on my "hit counter" on this website, today blew the top off of the 100,000 hit mark. Literally blew it away. A full 337 unique visitors hooked up with this website on January 26...the day ended with the hit counter at 100,335. Wow! The first "post" I entered on here was on October 16, 2006.
