Both Jaguar girls' golfers have an outstanding finish at the Class A state meet

Both Peyton Miller and Jordan Gruendemann turned in outstanding scores in the final day of the Class A state golf tournament today in Becker. Miller fired an 84, and Gruendemann shot a 96 as both golfers dramatically improved their scores from the first day, and Miller is currently in the running for an All-State finish depending on how the remaining scores look.

Regardless of where they finish in the overall standings, today was a terrific day for the B-B-E Jaguars golf program!

Peyton's finish of a 176 landed her in a tie for 14th place overall in the final Class A overall standings in her second trip to the state meet. Jordan's finish of a 204 brought her to 59th place at a 204 in her first appearance at state. A total of 86 athletes made up the Class A field in girls' golf.

As a seventh grader in 2010, Peyton finished in a three-way tie for 27th place with a two-day score of 191.
