From the last moments of the third quarter last night...
What an incredible defensive clinic! The Jaguars held one of the Central Minnesota Conference's most explosive players, Brody Egeberg, to a total of 6 rushes for only five net yards. He did grab 6 catches for 240 yards, but mostly against the B-B-E JV defense during an odd 4th quarter where HL-W-W refused to sub down. (Classy)
In Week 3 against Pierz and Norwood Young-America, Egeberg had rushes of 40 and 41 yards. Egeberg is 1 of 2 players in the CMC to have 100+ yards in rushing,
receiving and returns. (Alex Geislinger of Eden Valley-Watkins is the other.)
