What a huge whooping of a fellow Central Minnesota Conference rival! The B-B-E Jaguars boys' basketball team out-muscled and out-hustled the host Pierz Pioneers in every way tonight. B-B-E shot 8-for-14 at the free throw line compared to 3-for-4 by the Pioneers. B-B-E led the entire way, and Pierz needed 5 minutes and 48 seconds of the first half before they scored their first points.

Pierz fell to 8-7 overall and 4-2 in the CMC.

Final in girls' basketball action: state-ranked Sauk Centre 69, B-B-E 33. The Jaguars host Rockford Area this Thursday in a Central Minnesota Conference game.
