The Jaguars fastpitch 12-U team played through an extra-innings tie against Minnewaska Area and then picked up a 1-0 win in the second game of a home doubleheader tonight.
Two 5-inning games were scheduled, but after 5 innings in the first game with the score tied at 3-3 the coaches decided to allow it to go to 7 innings and see if a winner could be determined. After 7 innings the 3-3 tie remained on the scoreboard.
