Friday Night Lights V: a shut out loss

At HLWW high school, the Jaguars football team trailed 7-0 at halftime against Howard Lake-Waverly-Winsted. Things got rough for the Jaguars in the third quarter, though, as HLWW now has a 21-0 lead with six minutes left.

Stay tuned for hopefully some good news!

Final: HLWW 28, B-B-E 0. The Jaguars (1-4) were negative-two in the turnover department. HL-W-W had no turnovers, while the Jaguars had one interception and one lost fumble. The Jaguars had 110 rushing yards, led by Tommy Cebulla's 80-yard performance. HL-W-W had 216 rushing yards and 66 through the air.

Here's some fourth quarter video in the closing minutes:

I heard that Kerkhoven-Murdock-Sunburg beat West Central Area. I was surprised and have to hear it from another source to believe it. *Update: K-M-S beat WCA 18-10 in Barrett.
