A strong night

The B-B-E Jaguars volleyball team came out firing on all cylinders and put away Holdingford in three games in the second Central Minnesota Conference match of the season. Game scores were 25-11, 25-12, 25-17. In game two, the Jaguars jumped out to a 10-0 lead. In game three, the Huskers played much better than they had in the first two sets and had a 13-10 lead before the Jaguars poured it on to earn the sweep.

B-B-E improves to 7-6 overall and 2-0 in the CMC; the Huskers fall to 0-3 and 4-8.

Next is a 9 a.m. pool play match against Benson (4-7, 1-5 West Central South Conference) to start the Willmar Cardinal Classic tournament on Saturday. I also heard that Central Minnesota Christian and Albany are in the same pool as the Jaguars. It's a tough tournament!
