I also just heard that Kerkhoven-Murdock-Sunburg defeated Kimball Area by an 8-7 score in a game between two winless teams. The Cubs (0-3) led 7-0 at halftime. The Fighting Saints, who had 94 rushing yards and 95 passing yards in the game, scored a touchdown in the third quarter and got a two-point conversion catch by Weston Gjerde for the win. K-M-S was +1 in the turnover department with one interception and one lost fumble; the Cubs gave up two interceptions and had one lost fumble.
I don't know when I will get to my usual Friday Night Lights (now it's Friday Night Lights III) update this weekend.
