Two hours late

B-B-E schools will be two hours late on Friday, April 12.

Today, Thursday, April 11, B-B-E schools put an "E-Learning" plan into effect during our snow day.

I really enjoyed it. I thought the activities that I was involved in for my family were productive and meaningful. That's what school is about! And having fun too is never a bad thing. So in a nut shell: bravo, B-B-E teachers! (and any other staff who had a hand in it)

*Below, here's video from the tail end of the first game of Tuesday's home doubleheader...the B-B-E Jaguars fastpitch team defeated Eden Valley-Watkins by a 6-5 score in the eighth inning. Ally Gruber scored the game-winning run from second base on a nice crack of the bat by Cassandra Tensen.


I was surprised by the lack of "hooping and hollering" by the Jaguars in reaction to the win. Then I realized they had to save their energy for the second game of the doubleheader!

Anyway - that's it for now. It's been a long day.
