New York Mills prevailed this morning by a 2-0 score over three-time defending Section 6A champion Parkers Prairie. They played in the elimination bracket final at Minnewaska Area's Marthaler Field.

In 2017, they won it all after beating Legacy Christian 6-3 in the championship game back at Target Field. Last year, the Panthers took third place at state.
Parkers Prairie finished 13-12 this year (8-6 Park Region Conference) and in third place in Section 6A.
The Jaguars (13-9) and Eagles (17-4) square off with first pitch at 1:30 p.m. today. The game will be broadcast on Smooth Magic 107 FM of Glenwood (on the radio and also online).
