Blue skies and sunshine as far as the eye can see is what we've got today across the Bonanza Valley area! Good gravy! October 7 and we'll see a high in the 60 to 65 degree range (forecast says 64 as a high)...we're busy harvesting another batch of tomatoes from the garden.
The September 2 hail storm took out at least 200 of our tomatoes. We were lucky to have quite a few that avoided damage from that storm. It's taken awhile for many of them to ripen.
Today is a big day for B-B-E schools, with fall parent-teacher conferences starting at noon.
Looking ahead: one to three inches of snow is in the forecast for Saturday, October 12! Uffda!!!!!!
