It's halftime now of the JV game between the B-B-E Jaguars girls' basketball team and Paynesville Area in a Central Minnesota Conference border battle. The JV Jaguars hold a 32-13 lead. Below is the live video player that you can watch right here on this blog.

Payesville Area has a new head coach and just two seniors on the roster: Brynn Johnson and Natalie Lieser. The Bulldogs are a junior-heavy team.

I just looked at the state polls released yesterday, and our girls' basketball team holds a No. 7 ranking! I'd have to really look hard and far back in the archives to see when we held a Top 10 state ranking!
