Wrestlers are off to the big show! (VIDEOS)
The No. 5-ranked and No. 3-seeded B-B-E Jaguars wrestling team is on their way to St. Paul They should arrive by about 3 p.m. and get geared up for the big three-day state tournament! The Jaguars have a 20-5 overall record and have won their last 12 dual meets. Their last dual loss was on January 27 in Minneota.
If the Jaguars beat Medford, waiting on the other side of their bracket will be the winner of the Caledonia/Houston vs. United North Central dual. That semifinal match would take place at 1 p.m.

Fans will have to either arrive today or tonight in St. Paul or be prepared to leave long before sunrise tomorrow morning. The Jaguars open state against an outstanding Medford team, champions of Section 2A, in the quarterfinals at 9 a.m. at Xcel Energy Center.

Maximus Hanson takes a 44-1 record into state as the 170-pound champion of Section 5A. He was one of three section champions that B-B-E had at Minnewaska Area on Saturday. The other two are Wyatt Engen (138) and Ryan Jensen (132).
