The B-B-E Jaguars Babe Ruth baseball team, made up of exclusively incoming eighth graders, earned a thrilling walk-off win by a 10-9 score against Minnewaska Area on Tuesday night at the JV diamond in Belgrade. After trailing 7-3 late in the game and then 9-6, they plated four runs in the bottom of the seventh inning for the win. As Elliot Spanier was batting, a passed ball on a pick off throw at second base allowed the game-winning run to come home with Lance Radermacher scoring from third.

This was the first youth baseball game I've seen since Bonanza Valley Days. What a treat it was to take in!
