Delano defeated Spring Hill last night by a 4-0 score.
Light summary: Elrosa's bats were dialed in as they totaled 11 hits for the game compared to six by the Mudhens. Minneota had a good start with a lead off base hit in the bottom of the ninth inning, but Elrosa's defense took out the next three batters beginning with a strikeout on the second batter, who got caught looking on a 3-2 count pitch. Overall this was an outstanding game was just one error, which came on a very tough 5-3 put out throw on a hard chopper to third base.

Both teams made outstanding defensive plays including numerous tough pop fly grabs in the outfield.
Game video and a better game recap will be posted in a new blog post later tonight on Sunday evening. I'm spending the majority of Sunday driving our daughter home from Rochester Mayo hospital.
