The B-B-E wrestling team earned the No. 5 seed in Section 5A. The Jaguars (7-12 overall) open with a quarterfinal match at Kerkhoven-Murdock-Sunburg high school on Thursday this week (February 13) at 7 p.m. They face the No. 4-seeded K-M-S Fighting Saints (11-3) in the playoff opener.
Minneota (21-0) is the top seed. Paynesville Area (12-4) is the No. 2 seed, and Canby (12-8) is the No. 3 seed.
The Section 5A Final Four is this Saturday, February 15 at Paynesville Area high school. The semifinal round matches start at 12:30 p.m.

The school board meets at 7 p.m. at the high school media center in Belgrade, while the B-B-E Jaguars girls' basketball team has a huge conference game at Kimball Area. The Jaguars are 9-2 (second) in the Central Minnesota Conference, while the Cubs are 7-4 and in fourth place but just a half game out of third behind Holdingford (8-4).
