Thursday night basketball scores - Jaguars Basketball lights it up at Kimball, wins 82-57 to improve to 9-2 overall and 3-1 in the CMC

The Goodwin brothers combined for 30 points against Kimball. Shown below are sophomore Connor Goodwin (left) and senior Matt Goodwin (right) scoring down low for the Jaguars.

Five Jaguars scored in double figures to fuel a balanced attack as they shredded the Cubs in a CMC battle in Kimball. They now prepare for their biggest game of the season so far, hosting conference-unbeaten Howard Lake-Waverly-Winsted next Tuesday night, January 19.

Tonight's win at Kimball was the first CMC loss for the Cubs this season, as they move to 5-4 overall. It puts HL-W-W at the top of the CMC as the lone unbeaten team. The Jaguars have a shot against the Lakers if they play well. HL-W-W is 4-5 overall and 3-0 in the CMC, with their last win coming on January 8th against Eden Valley-Watkins by a 68-60 score.
