Junior Ben Borgerding moves for a takedown in the 171-pound division, which he won.
The Jaguars fell short in their bid for a eighth dual meet victory to cap the regular season. After trailing 18-6 after four matches, the Jaguars made a rally to take a 23-22 lead following the 152-pound match, won by sophomore Dillon Knutson. They stretched the lead out to a 33-22 margin with a pin by Travis Winter and a major decision from Ben Borgerding.
The Lakers closed out the dual by winning the final three matches.
