Jaguars girls tennis starts the Prairie Conference season with a 7-0 win
On the road in the upper echelons of "central Minnesota", the Jaguars girls tennis team blanked New York Mills 7-0 to improve to 5-5 overall and move to 1-0 in the Prairie Conference dual meet standings.
The Jaguars go from facing probably the bottom team in the Prairie to facing the top team when they host Osakis on Tuesday (9/13) at 4:30. The Silverstreaks are 9-0 in dual meets this season, after getting past Section 6A rival Staples-Motley 4-3 on Tuesday.
The Jaguars continue Prairie Conference play next Thursday at Parkers Prairie.
