Two hours late

This was the view from the Padua Pub's east parking lot at about 14:30 yesterday afternoon. Travelers north of Padua on County Road 18 were met immediately with near white-out conditions. Granted by this point the B-B-E school district was in their rear-view mirror, but it illustrates how unpredictable the rural roads can be. To the west of Sedan on Highway 55 a half hour later, the roads were perfectly clear with beautiful sunshine coming down.
