Three straight "game nights" coming! Whew

Coach Anderson and her varsity team during a timeout in the K-M-S win a few weeks ago.

Holy smokes we've got some home cooking in order for Jaguar Country!! As one loyal Jaguar fan proudly stated, let's JAM THE GYMS the next few nights!

Here's the run down:

Thursday night: home wrestling against Prairie Valley, home boys' basketball vs. EV-W.

Friday night: home girls' basketball against Howard Lake-Waverly-Winsted

Saturday: home boys' basketball vs. Sauk Centre (varsity at 2:30pm) and home girls' basketball vs. Melrose Area (all games at the elementary school) **The Train 106.5 FM will carry both varsity games this day.

If you haven't made it to a home wrestling match, I strongly urge you to make it to the high school tomorrow night to cheer on our Jaguars wrestling team as they look to finish the regular season dual campaign with two straight wins before the Section 5A playoffs begin next week. They are a young bunch but bring a lot of excitement, enthusiasm and energy to every competition they're involved in. This will be the final home action for our wrestling team, so don't cheat yourself out of a chance at watching them at home.

Friday night will also be a treat for area fans, as our Jaguars girls' basketball team entertains state-ranked HL-W-W in a Central Minnesota Conference game. It will be a great "barometer" game to see how much the Jaguars have improved in the last month.

Saturday will bring a full day of basketball to the elementary school, with the nightcap being a special game between our Jaguars girls' basketball team and the Melrose Area Dutchmen. Melrose is coached by Chris Anderson, husband of our head coach, Kristina Anderson.

The Dutchmen will have revenge on their mind, as the Jaguars won the only meeting of the 2012-13 season between these teams by a 48-42 score on December 6, 2012. That was the first time Coach Anderson and Coach Anderson had their teams square off against one another.

This classic B-B-E vs. Melrose battle starts at 7:00pm. Come early and get a good seat! It will be another event you don't want to miss out on.
