Tire slashers

I've heard reports of unknown thugs slashing tires of cars in the city of Brooten. Break-ins and thefts have also been taking place.

Here's what I know:
1. the thugs are awfully dumb in how they've operated
2. they've slashed the wrong tires of cars of people I wouldn't mess with
3. stupid criminals get caught

Keep your eyes and ears open and report anything you may know about these crimes to the police.

If I caught anyone trespassing on my property, my baseball bat would break their legs. I wouldn't be able to explain how the bat would do such a thing, but it would happen.
