(Video) Car accident by Brooten

Here's video taken on Tuesday night following a car accident in the construction zone east of Brooten on Highway 55:

Preliminary information is that a car was rear-ended on the east side of the construction zone. More details will be released in an official statement from the Minnesota State Patrol.
