Her seventh birthday

Today is Alayna Ertl's seventh birthday. She was taken from her Watkins home in August 2016 by a family friend, brutally assaulted and killed.

It's wrong beyond imagination that she's not with us but the monster who brutally ended her life still has air in his lungs.

But beyond that...here's an uplifting message: Alayna’s birthday celebration is at the Catholic Church in Watkins this evening (Halloween). It’s a great time for the kids and probably a better option than being out in the cold!
