State football tickets and more (VIDEO)

Here's the link to purchase tickets for tomorrow's state football game at Crown College...the cost is $11 for adults and $7 for students. Link: https://www.mshsl.org/tickets. Your only option to get tickets is to use this link! You cannot purchase tickets at the gate. If you arrive at the game without your ticket already printed out at home, you will not be able to go inside the football stadium. Got it? 

Just before midnight tonight, I drove a couple miles out of town to see what the weather was like. The snow was coming down very hard. I see a high probability that I'll be "hotel-ing" it tomorrow after the game. Upon a second look, we'll be staying in Hutchinson with family after the game. That's just 32 miles from Crown College...versus the 100-mile drive back home. It's just not worth driving home late at night on those horse-sh** highways from St. Bonifacius! And the main roads to get to Crown College include Highways 7 and 12...not Highway 212....if you get to Highway 212, you did something wrong and you drove too far south.

I hope to get some Rushford-Peterson information posted on this blog post tonight. Also, I hope to add more video from the Section 4A football championship game.

Rushford-Peterson is ranked No. 3 in the final Class 1A state coaches poll. They are 11-0 overall after winning the Section 1A championship last Friday; that night they defeated No. 2-seeded Fillmore Central by a 7-0 score on a very windy night at Winona High School.

And this! For the first time in my career, I was able to go to a football practice for a state tournament-qualified team. This was recorded on Monday this week:
