And it is finally GAME NIGHT! We've waited just three days since game night last took place on Friday. It is GREAT to not have a huge layoff between competitions! Tonight our basketball teams are both on the road.
**Here's video from St. Cloud Apollo high school on Friday, December 30:
I don't have a score, but I learned today that Minnewaska's girls' basketball team won their game last night against Eden Valley-Watkins by a 52-42 score. They are now 2-7 overall after winning two straight games. They got their first "W" of the year last Thursday against West Central Area by a 60-54 score. The Lakers currently average 51.3 points per game while giving up 58.1 points per game.
The Atwater-Cosmos-Grove City boys' basketball team is 2-5 overall and 0-1 in the Central Minnesota Conference. They average 68 points per game and give up 69.1 points per game.
