Preparing for another super busy night
No shortage of action tonight!
We have TWO home varsity events in Jaguar Country tonight, Thursday, January 16. First, I'll direct your attention to fresh updates on the Bonanza Valley Voice newspaper website, which you can find here: https://www.bonanzavalleyvoice.com.
The B-B-E/Paynesville Pirouettes dance team has their home competition tonight at 6 p.m. at the elementary school. They are persevering in the wake of losing the home dance competition due to inclement weather in December. Being able to host tonight is wonderful!
Also at home, the B-B-E Jaguars girls' basketball team has their biggest game of the season so far by hosting Royalton at the high school in Central Minnesota Conference action. First place is on the line! The Royals enter the game 11-0 overall with a perfect 5-0 mark in the conference. The Jaguars are just one game behind (a half game, technically) with a 6-1 record.
In a border battle at Kerkhoven tonight,, the B-B-E Jaguars boys' basketball team puts their winning streak on the line when they take on Kerkhoven-Murdock-Sunburg in a non-conference game.
GAME updates to follow...
**In the girls' basketball varsity game, The Royals are ahead 7 to 3 with 3 minutes played.
