The B-B-E Jaguars boys' basketball 4th graders defeated Sauk Centre 25-22 in a thriller during the championship game of their home invitational. They held a 12-10 lead after both teams scored in the final 25 seconds of the half.

The past 24 hours or so have included incredibly dangerous, difficult outdoor conditions. As of 10 a.m. today, the temperature in Brooten is minus 5 degrees.

In other news...
Last Friday at the New London-Spicer Invitational, the B-B-E Jaguars wrestling team finished 6th out of 9 teams with 66.5 points. Noah Jensen finished second at 114 pounds as the top placewinner for the Jaguars.
