**Repeat! ... Friday, Jan 16, B-B-E schools opening 2 hours late

Like a broken record! Yes this is Minnesota, without a doubt.

I should have posted this last weekend, but on Friday night, the "game of the week" takes place when the Jaguars girls basketball team hosts Eden Valley-Watkins for a Central Minnesota Conference clash between conference unbeatens. In fact, this is the biggest game of the season, I would rate it right up there with the Jaguars boys basketball game at Pierz last week. The Jaguars girls basketball team has the best chance they've ever had since joining the CMC in 1999 to knock off Eden Valley-Watkins.

The game will be aired on 106.5 "The Train" out of the Norway Lake-Sunburg area. Tune in at approximately 7:15pm for pre-game coverage, led by Bill Dean and backed up with color commentary by local sports enthusiast and proud B-B-E supporter Don Leukam.

How about that K-M-S wrestling team? On Thursday night, somehow the match took place amidst all the cold weather, and the K-M-S Fighting Saints traveled to Canby to face the #1 Class A-ranked Lancers in a Camden Conference dual. The Fighting Saints prevailed 40-22. The Guillotine had K-M-S ranked as the #2 team in Class A.

P.S. - Who's excited that George Bush will not be our President as of next Tuesday afternoon?
