It will be war on Tuesday night - Jaguars boys basketball vie to knock out defending Sub-Section 6AA-East champion New London-Spicer at 7pm on Tuesday

The game will be broadcast on 107.1FM "Smooth Magic 107" out of Glenwood, as well as Norway Lake/Sunburg's "The Train" 106.5FM.

Fans can also listen to the game via the world wide web on their computers at http://www.smoothmagic107.com. High-speed internet as well as Windows Media Player is required for that very convenient option.

Tip-off is at 7:00pm at St.John's University on Tuesday, March 17.

New London-Spicer has played in four sub-section championship games since 2004 (4 out of 5 seasons)...in 2004 they were runners-up in Sub-Section 5AA-20. Beginning in 2006, the Wildcats have won three straight sub-section titles, culminating with their run through the postseason that ended with them winning the Class AA state championship.

B-B-E, meanwhile, has gone 0-1 in sub-section playoffs the past three seasons. In 2004 and 2005, they won Sub-Section 5A-South before falling in the Section 5A championship game.
