Jaguars are giving all they've got against the state-ranked Parkers Prairie's girls basketball team

In the early stages of the game, a bucket by Megan Weller tied it at 4-4 for the Jaguars girls' basketball team at heavily-favored Parkers Prairie. The Panthers went up 7-4 before Raeann Sorenson hit a shot with a foot on the arc to make it 7-6 with 15:11 remaining.
The Panthers went up 9-6 before Weller hit again in the paint to make it a one-point game.

The Jaguars fell back 17-8 and then cut it to 19-13.

At halftime: Parkers Prairie 50, B-B-E 22. Ouch

With five minutes left in the game, the Panthers opened up a 73-33 lead; they ended up winning 75-38.

Update from Albany in a Sub-Section 6AA-North girls' basketball playoff game...the #4-seed Huskies hold a 21-19 lead with 5:10 remaining. Just up I-94 in Melrose, the #2-seed Dutchmen held a 17-13 lead with 6 minutes left in the contest against #7-seed Osakis.
