B-B-E and Pierz wrestlers are going toe-to-toe

The Jaguars take the mat tonight before facing Pierz...

With the 145-pound weight class completed, the Pierz Pioneers and the B-B-E Jaguars are tied at 18-18 in a Central Minnesota Conference wrestling match. At 138 pounds, Austin Jaeger earned a pin in 19 seconds flat...so quick I didn't even get pictures of it.

Final: Pierz 46, B-B-E 25. Against Howard Lake-Waverly-Winsted in their second match of the night, the Jaguars jumped out to a 24-0 lead with two pins and two forfeits in the first four weights.

At Eden Valley-Watkins, the Jaguars JV boys' basketball team won 44-41. At Maple Lake, the JV girls' basketball team lost a heart breaker 41-39 in overtime to fall to 12-4 on the season.

In the varsity boys' basketball game at EV-W, the Jaguars hold an 18-5 lead with 8 minutes left in the first half.
