Nearly a full house on hand for One-Act Play at Classic Co. Dinner Theater

The Adventures of Nikolai Nikolaevich! Subsection Champs! The group is shown outside the Morris Area High School auditorium following the trophy presentation on Saturday afternoon.

A great crowd was on hand last night at Classic Company Dinner Theater for the presentation of B-B-E's One-Act Play. The students were fresh off a Sub-Section Championship performance at Morris Area High School earlier in the day. Up in Sauk Centre, their One-Act Play won the Sub-Section 5A-20 title; they will host the Section 5A meet next Saturday, February 2.

B-B-E One-Act Play coach Lucy Lloyd, not far removed from the B-B-E high school theater stage herself as a former Jaguar thespian, pointed out just how sweet the win was for her cast and crew at Morris considering their one-act play was working on their own stage with their own equipment and lighting. Morris Area received runner-up honors and will also compete at Section 5A.

Great job! Competing is great but winning makes it even better.
