Jaguars bury Kimball Area

The host Kimball Area Cubs led 7-2 in the opening stages of the game, but since then it's been all Jaguars as B-B-E holds a 70-45 lead with around 2 minutes left.

B-B-E took the lead for the first time when James Kuefler slashed to the hoop from the right wing to make it Jaguars 10, Cubs 9 with a little over 5 minutes gone. The Jaguars were on a 14-2 run that gave them the lead for good. At halftime, they had a 36-19 lead after putting up the last 6 points of the first period.

The Cubs (10-10 overall) never threatened in the second half.

Final score: B-B-E 75, Kimball Area 49.

No updates until after 10:30 tonight. Tomorrow's a big day for our Jaguar wrestlers with much to prepare for on my end!! We need to pack the house for the Final Four wrestling meet!
