May 25, 2012

In reference to the woman who slammed her Chevrolet Cobalt into a B-B-E school bus on May 25, 2012 on the north side of Glenwood, the Pope County Attorney's office reported to me that "the facts involved in this case would not support a successful conviction of criminal vehicular operation."

Carlayne M. Kloster pled guilty to one count of the charges and served 60 days in Pope County Jail for her offenses, with 305 days in jail stayed.

Below is one of the three-page document that outlines the case, offenses and verdicts.

If anyone would like to see the entire three-page document, I can e-mail it to you at your request.
