Great game playing out in sub-section title bout!

With 3:32 left in the first half, the game is tied 25-25! The Warriors came out truly on fire and led 8-0 with less than three minutes burned off the clock.

*Halftime: Battle Lake 34, W/H-N 30. Dan Marso is pacing the Battlers with 15 points at halftime, while Matthew Pederson's 10 points leads a balanced attack for the Warriors.

W/H-N got to within one point on a three by Truman Raguse with 15:32 left in the game, down 36-35. The Battlers then got 5 straight points on a 22-foot shot by Dan Marso and a steal and layup by Tyler Ukkelberg. With 13:18 left, W/H-N then called a timeout trailing 41-35.

With just over 9 minutes left, Evan Van Erp (the senior transfer from Wadena/Deer Creek) cleaned up the glass on a missed three-pointer by Marso and put his team up 50-39. W/H-N called a prompt timeout.

Not much drama at the end here, as the Battlers have pulled away and have a 64-45 lead with 68 seconds left. They'll advance to the section title game.
