Jaguars beat Osakis in 4

On Dig Pink night in front of a packed house tonight,  the Jaguars volleyball team won 3-1 over a very talented Osakis team for their 18th win of the season.

After winning easily 25-16 and 25-11 in the first 2 sets, the Jaguars battled into extra points in the 3rd set. They had match point within their reach, up 26 to 25 before the Silverstreaks scored three straight to force another set.

The Jaguars then put it away with a 25-20 win in game four. The crowds from both schools were very fired up tonight. It made for a great atmosphere to take in great volleyball between these long-time rivals.

Two cancer survivors, one from Osakis and the other from B-B-E, were both honored before the start of the pre-match drills. It was a very touching moment that helped put things into perspective.

Here's a little pre-match excitement for 'Dig Pink' night:

Up next is another home match in what could be the most important night of the season, when the Jaguars host Pierz on Thursday.
