A short note from Osakis: I am thrilled to report that the 7th grade Jaguars (boys) beat Sauk Centre 37 to 20 today in the consolation semis. The 8th grade Jaguars beat New London-Spicer also in a consolation semi. It was also nice to see that just one NL-S 8th grade player threw his water bottle to the gym floor while making some odd comment in Osakis after they were defeated by our Jaguars. The NL-S parents also displayed a total of zero outbursts and threw out no lewd comments during that game, according to eyewitnesses. They're making progress!

In the last game of the day in Osakis, the 8th grade boys' basketball Jaguars defeated Paynesville Area 43-38. Great job guys!

At a Front Court tournament in Eden Valley-Watkins, the 8th grade girls' basketball Jaguars won easily in preliminary games over Minnewaska and Paynesville. Their next game is at 4:15.
