Jaguars 17-U fastpitch update

The B-B-E Jaguars 17-U fastpitch team begins the West Central League East-division playoffs tonight with a 5 p.m game at Sauk Centre high school against Eagle Valley. If they beat the Rebels, they'll advance to play top-seeded Melrose Area at 6:15 p.m. tonight in a game also held at Sauk Centre.

Also playing at 6:15 p.m. are #2-seed Sauk Centre and #3-seed Royalton.

At 7:30 p.m., the winning teams from 6:15 p.m. face one another, and the losing teams from 6:15 p.m. also square off. The losers are eliminated, while the winner of the 7:30 p.m. game between the winning teams advances to the championship game that is on Thursday at Osakis at 7 p.m.
