Girls' golf rocks home course

The B-B-E girls' golf team shot a season-best 175 today in the sixth Central Minnesota Conference meet of the season at Prairie View Golf Course. It pulled them into a tie with Osakis for first place with one meet left. The big showdown is next Thursday at ShadowBrooke Golf Course in rural Lester Prairie starting at 4:15 p.m. to determine who gets the conference trophy.

Here's video from the end of the meet:

In two CMC meets on Friday, the B-B-E Jaguars boys' golf team placed third at home and second at Osakis.

In a CMC doubleheader at Elrosa, the B-B-E Jaguars baseball team lost to Howard Lake-Waverly-Winsted 4-2 in eight innings and then 7-6 in the nightcap to fall to 6-13 overall heading into the last game of the regular season. They travel to Upsala/Swanville Area next Tuesday.

**Update on Saturday...no word yet on if the St. Martin vs. Elrosa amateur baseball game is still "on" or not. It's been raining pretty much all day. Also, late tonight I'll get photos and video posted from the B-B-E theater's "Improv" show at Terrace on Friday night. Their advertisement was on page four of this week's Bonanza Valley Voice.
