Working it at sections

Kinlee Swanson is headed to the Class 1A state track and field meet! She jumped a career-best this morning at the Section 5A meet in Collegeville. Her best jump was 17 feet and one-half inch. No other member of the B-B-E Jaguars track and field teams made it through to state.

**Update: awesome news! Three members of the B-B-E Jaguars girls' golf team punched tickets to the Class 1A state meet today. Peyton Miller, Alyssa Dalen and Jaden Gossen are moving on. The team, unfortunately, lost to BOLD 357 to 345 but will come home with a Section 5A runner-up trophy for their efforts. Dalen shot an 86, Miller shot an 87 and Gossen fired a 91 before winning a playoff hole against a Canby player.

Sending three girls to the state golf meet is a first for the program.
