Gary Breitbach Memorial Golf is June 27

Gary Breitbach, 1955-2006 - R.I.P.

The ninth annual Gary Breitbach Memorial golf tournament is Saturday, June 27 at Prairie View Community Golf Course in Brooten. The event is an 18-hole six-person scramble with an 11 a.m. shotgun start.

Entry fee is $40 for members and $60 for non-members. The fee includes green fees, cart and a smoked pork chop supper.

A $30 optional team skin game and a $1,000 hole-in-one contest is part of the tournament. Payouts go to first, second, third, eighth and 12th place.

The golf tournament supports the Gary Breitbach Memorial scholarship program for Belgrade-Brooten-Elrosa school graduates. The Class of 2015 recipients of this scholarship were Katelyn Heinze, Tanner Halvorson, Katie Hieserich and Cole Arceneau.
