GRHS Scrub Run

Staff at the Glacial Ridge Health System in Glenwood invite you to join them for the second annual 5K Scrub Run/Walk on Saturday, August 27 at the Lakeside Ballroom parking lot.

From their website:

Dogs and strollers are welcome! The race is officially timed by Pickle Events for competitive runners. Medals will be awarded to the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners in various age categories and the overall winners (male and female) will get $50.00. All preregistered participants will receive a free T-shirt.

Whatever your health and fitness goals are, you can achieve them. Inspired by Dr. Mark Johnson, everyone at Glacial Ridge Health System wishes you wellness and encourages you to get active and stay active.
