Playoffs

The B-B-E Jaguars girls' tennis team had their season come to a close today in the Section 5A quarterfinals. In a road quarterfinal match at top-seeded Litchfield, the Dragons came out on top by a 7-0 score. Litchfield is especially tough this year, rated No. 3 in the last Class 1A state polls.

Next Thursday, Oct. 12, six members of the girls' tennis team will compete in the Section 5A individual tournament. More on that will be posted at a later date.

In another Section 5A team quarterfinal match, No. 3-seeded Sauk Centre defeated No. 6-seeded Melrose Area 7-0.
