Jaguar wrestling

The B-B-E Jaguars wrestling team's invitational is underway at the high school right now. With the semifinals in play, the Jaguars have multiple guys gunning for first place: Canon Swanson (120), Dylan Kampsen (132), Tyler Bents (138), Adam Jaeger (152) and Isaiah Gilbert (160). All won in the semis.

As a team, the Jaguars are in first place! They have 126 points compared to Minneota, who is in second place with 120.5 points.

**Update: late in the wrestlebacks...the Jaguars have slipped to third place in the team standings. Long Prairie-Grey Eagle/Browerville is in first place with 168.5 points. Minneota is in second with 158 points, and the Jaguars are in third with 145 points.

**The final tally has the Jaguars in third place. LP-GE/Browerville took first place.

More to come after 11 o'clock...right now it's time to pack up the car and get my camera equipment ready for a trip to Central Lakes College-Staples on Saturday morning.
